I agree that there needs to be appropriate timers for certain FATEs. I'm doing the Zodiac weapon quest right now, but I'm stuck at the Animus Zodiac one. I'm only working on my first book, but that's there's almost no one ever in the queue for certain dungeons and even in Coerthas where people are constantly clearing out the FATEs all the time, I still haven't seen the "Giant Seps" FATE that I need and I've been sitting here in the Whitebrim area for a while now.

I feel that this would not be as much of an issue if they loosened the requirements a little, such as completing any of the FATEs in a defined area and level range would satisfy the requirements.
