T13 Clear group is looking for a WHM and SCH for Heavensward raids

What are our raid times?

Most of the time, we raid 3 nights a week with exceptions when something in real life clashes with raid nights.

Thursday and Fridays 10:30PM to 12:30AM PST

Saturdays 10:30PM to 1:30AM PST

Who are we?

We are Nerdz, a small late night FC mostly consisting of friends who have lives in morning, but live for raiding at night. We have formed a raiding group static around this idea to clear content before any echo patches are applied. We consider ourselves Soft/Medium core raiders, as most of us don't really have the time to be at the frontier of raiding, spending 10 hours everyday day raiding, yet we are focused enough to make considerable progression during the time we have our raids scheduled.

The majority of our static members started with second coil, and have managed to clear T9 and T13 well before any Echo patches were applied. While we consider ourselves to be serious within our given roles in the raid, we are also fairly relaxed and end up laughing at the inevitable mistakes that come about from progression style raiding. We do use voice chat over teamspeak in raids, so you will need to be able to at least have a mic to be able to chat with us during raids.

While you won't be required to join the FC, we would be happy to offer you a spot in it as well. We have a large house in the Lavender Beds and 4 star crafters/gatherers who will help out with heavensward content.

What are we looking for?

Our current lineup for Heavensward content is the following:

(PLD) (WAR) (BRD) (NIN) (DRG) (BLM) (SCH or WHM)

We are looking to fill our ranks with an exceptional White Mage or a Scholar, who has a proven track record of being able to keep up with the demanding task of playing a central role in raid groups. We’re looking for folks who can understand when they should be exclusively healing/mitigating damage and when they should help out with dpsing during certain phases in the raids to help progress through dps checks.

Given that a new type of healer is coming up in Heavensward, it is understandable if you’d like to level that up and use it in raids as a main. However, we are looking to get into raids as soon as possible, and the shortest route to that would be to get your existing healer from 50 to 60. While we do appreciate flexibility in terms of jobs, anyone who joins the raid group would be required to get their main healer job to 60 first before leveling any other jobs so that we may be able to start raiding as soon as the content is unlocked.

While a T13 clear isn't required, it is highly preferred that you have had some kind of raiding experience in the Final Coil, which will give us the opportunity to evaluate your skills/compatibility with the raid group.
