    Are you lotting on items (if others lot an item and you don't, then you won't get it)? Are you winning those lots and then the item is not dropping into inventory, or are you loosing the lots? Not that lots under "Need" supersede any lots under "Greed"--so have to consider how the lots are being cast as well.

    Basically... need more details on the situation at hand. Otherwise, things may be working as intended and there is no "bug"--you just aren't participating in the lotting process or are simply not having any luck with the RNG when you cast lots.
