I think echo adda +15% at the moment. So if you average 500 DPS now, it would have been 425 DPS pre-echo.

the way to calculate accurately the dps pre-echo is NOT dps x0.85
to calculate pre-echo dps (without factoring all changes like phase timing being off) you divide your dps by 1.*echo*, so in this case, 1.15
500 dps post echo comes out to be 434.78 pre-echo
