After receiving a warning for "spam" I sent the following to SE email support asking for clarification:
(18APR) Me: I received a warning for "spamming" in the forums. It appears 4 of my posts in different forums were moved by a moderator into the same thread in the Hyperion forums making it looking like i posted the same message on the same thread 5 times in quick succession. Is this why I'm receiving this warning?
(22APR) SE Email Support: We apologize for any trouble or confusion the forum ban has caused. Any type of comments that are found to be inappropriate, non-constructive, off topic or anything else against our forum guidelines will be moderated. For details on your forum ban, please check your e-mail.
(22APR) Me: I assume you got me for the following rule:
-Posting a number of posts with the same content
I posted 5 recruitment messages on 5 different forums. How long do I have to wait before I post each message? Because I see FCs do this all the time.

(23APR) Me: This is the exact same response I received to my previous question and doesn't tell me anything. Are you a real person?
(25APR) SE Email Support: We appreciate your feedback. We apologize that the service you are referring to does not meet your expectations. Your feedback will be forwarded to my superiors. We do cherish the support and opinion from our customers and look forward to hearing your remarks regarding our upcoming games.
At this point I continued to re-post my FC's recruitment message in four different forums besides my own at a rate of one post every 4 or 5 days. On 26MAY I was informed that I was banned from the forums for 10 days after an investigation into my "spamming".
(26MAY) Me: So that this ban does not happen again, can you please tell me how long I have to wait before re-posting messages in different forums. Your forum rules do not provide clear guidance on this.
(28MAY) SE Email Support: We apologize for any trouble or confusion the forum ban has caused. Any type of comments that are found to be inappropriate, non-constructive, off topic or anything else against our forum guidelines will be moderated. For details on your forum ban, please check your e-mail.
(28MAY) Me: Can I speak to someone directly regarding this issue? Perhaps in-game with a moderator or in any sort of instant messaging format?
(30MAY) SE Email Support:Unfortunately that service is not available at this time. Suggestions from our customers are always valued. While we cannot guarantee implementation we will surely pass this on to the developers.
(30MAY) Me: Ok, then one question so this ban doesn't happen again. How many days must I wait before re-posting my FC recruitment thread in a different server's forum? Thanks.

(2JUN) Me: When I submit a new ticket it does not give me an option for Chat Support. I'm not sure why you cannot assist me over email. I am asking a very simple question: How long do I have to wait between re-posting my Free Company recruitment message in different forums.
