Not sure what they need to work out- from what ive heard from in-game friends who pre-ordered from SE Store they have not received their code either (I purchased via Gamestop )

Regarding your request for account support. Please find your answer below.

We are currently working with Sony Computer Entertainment America to finalize the set up process and will make a follow-up announcement when the pre-order codes can be redeemed on the PlayStation Network. If your status is set as "pending' you have done everything you need to do. We are working with Sony to get the codes ready to send them to our customers. You will get your code before early entry on the 19th.
