Retainer service not renewing properly.

Today I logged into FFXIV, and when I went to check the status of my retainers, I noticed that two of them had been suspended. This was due to their subscription not being renewed on Mog Station automatically, which I've tried to set-up frequently, but for whatever reason it simply doesn't stick. I find this very frustrating. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I've had this happen a few times before.

Each time, it is a bit nail biting because I'm never a 100% sure what the problem is. But mostly its frustrating that I then have to head-over to Mog Station, yet again to fix this problem when I tried to set it up so that I won't have to.

What would be super helpful is perhaps getting a message in-game some how that our retainer service is about to lapse.

Since you last paid for your retainers, did you add another platform to your account? (PS4, PC, etc).

The reason I ask is because this happened to me a while back and it was because adding PS3 to my account added 30 free days to my account, but it then meant my subscription was no longer lined up with my retainers (and it wants to charge for retainers at the point it charges for your subscription).

Heading to the mogstation I had to do a manual small payment for the retainers to bring them back in line and since then I haven't had any problems.
