Heavenswards preorder help

Hey there,

I have some questions before I preorder heavensward.

First I am from Denmark and I have PS4 version of the game while my wife has PC version of the game. if i go to, say gamestop, and preorder heavensward, will i still get the early access codes? Or is it only certain places?

Can my wife use steam to preorder heavensward if she did not buy 2.0 from steam?

Hope you can help because im looking to do it soon.

Gamestop should have the pre-order code to hand to you when you order imo. You can always ask the clerk at the store if they have their codes too. Your wife can always pre-order a PC digital copy as well, it's pretty cheap for the digital collectors' edition.

but now I have another question. When I look at the PC digital version on SE's website when I select PC-Download it does not say early access You sure She'll still get it?

They email the code to you . It should take a few moments for the email to be sent out ^^. Once you have the code you can then put it in on the Mog Station, Account Details.

I got it haha ty it just scared me because it didnt have early access highlighted on the digital download like it did in the PC box version

Just a bit of advice, DON'T USE STEAM!

Steam is considered a different platform so she cannot buy the Steam version of Heavensward without first owning a Steam version of ARR. However, once she ties her account to Steam she will forever have to do everything through them. SE will not unlink your account from Steam and the only way to play the game without the Steam affiliation is to start a new account.

Just be glad she is not on Steam because they are in a mess trying to get the Heavensward purchases working. There are a lot of very upset players who have no way to get access to the expansion until it gets worked out with Valve. She would also not be able to get physical collectors editions unless Steam offers it, which they are not doing for Heavensward: another sore subject for stream users.

I just wanted to echo this. Different platforms are not compatible. Do not buy PS4 heavensward for the PC version, but do not even buy the steam version for the non-steam version.

different problem now i want to preorder the ps4 version now its not on the european ps store. so i am trying the SE store for a hard copy but they dont do preorder. guess Ill have to go to gamestop for this one but as far as i can see no store is selling any preorders for ps4 collectors edition does this HAVE to be upgraded later for the ps4?
