    Issue with Pre-ordering Heavensward on Steam (Jun. 4)

    We have identified a technical issue that prevents Steam users from purchasing Heavensward if they played the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn free trial on Steam and upgraded to the full game via the Mog Station. We are working with Valve to find a resolution to this issue, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available. Steam users who purchased FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn directly from Steam are not affected by this issue.

If you are affected by this issue and are unable to purchase Heavensward on Steam, please visit our Support Center and follow the instructions listed to receive assistance.
