Hardcore oceanic raids on Behemoth recruiting for 3.0 progression

Our group is the top oceanic progression raid on Behemoth, and we're looking to continue that into Heavensward, with hardcore progression on the new content. For 3.0 progression, we will be raiding 6 nights/week at:

7am - 11am EDT / 11am-3pm GMT / 9pm - 1am AEST

The group is currently seeking one caster (BLM/SMN) and one other member (MNK/NIN/BRD/WAR) to fill out the roster. T13 cleared is required, and I expect you to pull top-tier dps so any parses/PoV video that you can provie me would be helpful. We also have plans for an alt raid for those who are interested.

Additionally, our secondary group is recruiting one BRD or WAR for 3.0. This group is also going to push hardcore in the new raids, with slightly fewer raid hours. The two groups will be working closely together and will benefit from eachother's progression. Raids for this group will be 5 nights/week at:

4am - 7am EDT / 8am-11am GMT / 6pm - 9pm AEST

Cross server recruitment isn't something uncommon.

@X'ihsa: If I was able to do titan ex on Behemoth I'd give you a shout, otherwise gl with recruitment!

Because there are a lot of oceanic players, and other players active around our raid times, on Tonberry

Edit: as for titan ex, it's not a problem so long as you have a tunnel (BattlePing, Pingzapper etc.) to stabalise your connection, or godly internet (unlikely for aussies Dx). Pretty much every raider on Behemoth from OCE plays with a tunnel, so that is certainly something to keep in mind for those considering the switch.

@X'ihsa I've actually tried Battleping and pingzapper, both reduced my packet loss but for some reason upped my ping by 20-30%

mmm I can't really say much about pingzapper as I have never tried it, but Battleping takes some fiddling with the various servers in order to find one that's good. Plus it's not so much for reducing your ping as stabalising it. A constant delay is pretty managable, its only really when it fluctuates that you get weird latency-related problems.
