I think right now the bigger question is when will the download be available?

My guess is the Tuesday reset before, along with the preliminary patch notes. Monday night maintenance with required download based on if you bought the expansion or not, then a brief server downtime before early access goes live for a minor download.

I don't know of a game that *didn't* give its expansion releases patch notes... Expansion is officially patch 3.0.

From what I understand, they will be going over the 3.0 patch notes during e3. During the reading, will they be going over the patch notes completely (time permitting), or just be going over certain topics?

Also, when will the patch notes be available to the public? After the presentation, at early release, at the official release or a different time?

the patch notes they will be reading is the full patch notes, since EA has access to most features of Heavenward, the patch notes they read and that will be shown on the 19th will be of all features in Early access, with any possible additions on the 23rd :3
