    So about those patch notes...

    From what I understand, they will be going over the 3.0 patch notes during e3. During the reading, will they be going over the patch notes completely (time permitting), or just be going over certain topics?

    Also, when will the patch notes be available to the public? After the presentation, at early release, at the official release or a different time?

    Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    we will prolly get the patch notes around the time of the patch notes reading. (maybe alittle earlier)

    It's still a version 3.0 update for the handful that hasn't bought the expansion, so yeah. Patch notes for the core system changes that impact everyone, not just expansion players.

    The notes won't give details on new content beyond vague overviews. There will be lots of changes to old content and major system changes though and those will need to be covered in the notes. All jobs are also being rebalanced to account for their new skills (this was confirmed in the last live letter) so there will be lots of potency changes and such to current skills and some major changes to skills like Tri-Disaster and Protect. Will all need to be documented.

    Yes they do.
    Some people arent getting the expansion right away and the patch will still affect then. The notes will let them know about the changes.

    Depends on the timing of servers going down for update.

    If servers go down from Monday night (15th) and remain down until Friday (19th), there would be no reason to delay the info dump beyond Monday.
