Hello raiding groups of Coeurl, I'd like a little feedback on how the progression thread has been managed, to be more punctual, what did you personally, liked, didn't like and what would you like to see.
That being said, I've been thinking on how to improve the progression thread for Heavensward and I've come up with a few things I'd like to discuss.Depending on what's decided the day the servers go down in preparation for early access a last post will be made in the current progression thread announcing what is actually changing for the Heavensward progression thread. And I suppose if nobody objects any of the points exposed in this thread that means everybody agrees with them.
- For the sake of a cleaner thread, bragging rights and e-peen sizes, I think it's important to adjust and enforce the rules regarding the date of the clears. I'd really prefer the clears to be called the day they actually happen, instead of calling the clear happened x days ago without proof. Should this happen, the clear date in the thread will be set as the date of the post until valid proof is provided.
- "Hardcore" progression is going to be updated as soon as possible. "Hardcore" progression will be considered the first 2 months after a raid is released (excluding savage modes), this of course can be adjusted if opinions differ. After the period decided for "hardcore" progression is over the thread will be updated every Sunday.
- Depending on how much people care, primals will be included, however, if primals are actually tough and not many groups have clears, they will be updated (if at all) following a "hardcore" progression style.
- Regarding group names and LSs and FCs with multiple groups. Try to not change the name of the groups too much, make sure to mention if your groups belong to a FC or a LS, if FCs or LSs have more than 1 group then the name/initials of the FC or LS will be included next to the group.
- People walking around with raid-only gear and asking people around won't count as having proof of a clear.
- Any content with echo will stop being considered progression.
