The Ties that Bind Problem

So here's the situation.

Friend and I were decided to get the items off of the Ties that Bind quest line. All is good, until the point where he has to quit due to moving, financials, "I dont plan on returning" etc etc.

So I'm at the point where we just need to agree, get it done and thats it? I guess. I've tried throwing out the wrist item to abandon the quest, and even called and sent multiple requests to GMs sending me automated stupid messages.

I'm at the point passed where I can't abandon it, what can I do to remove / abandon / get the damn quest off my screen? It's not even about the money anymore I dont even care about the 20$, or w/e. I've just been trying to figure out a solution here. If ANYONES got something I haven't tried let me know.

Have you tried completing Coil until you get the Out of a Bind achievement? <.<

Did you try talking to the man just before you get to the front of the church? there's a guy on the right hand side when you're going in... I don't really remember what his name is though. I can't promise it'd work but that's the NPC who does divorces if you want to split after marriage so maybe he'll do the same before marriage?

I had my Bf check what NPC it was and he said the name of the NPC is Sanctum Acolyte. He should have the options to annual bondings or discard wristlets as well as hold another ceremony if one is missed. It sounds like this NPC might just be the one you need though.

I talked to the npc and there's a choice to abandon the quest.I abandoned after go all over the places to kneel/pray though,not sure if you can abandon before that.
