I used the Square Enix shop and it says 10 days before.

Yeah if from SE store they say they charge 10 days before - and send an email 5 days before they charge that they will charge.

if you did a digital preorder from PSN, then you have already been charged. i know i have been.

It's from the store itself.
I pre-ordered on the EU shop and I'm still waiting. I bought several games from the EU store and unfortunately it hasn't been always 10 days for the charging. Type-0 they charged me about 1 month before the release and X/X-2 HD for PS4 they charged me a couple weeks before the shipping for example... hopefully this time they'll be on time >_>

They are currently processing the SE bought physical copies. I received a message on the 1st they were going to charge me and then got a message on the 3rd that they did charge me. Right now I am more worried about where my early access code for PS4 is lol.

seems they tried to charge my credit card a while a go and didnt have any funds , i have to say , why dont charge right away when a person actualy makes the buy , now i will miss quite a few days , i am very sad

They gave fair warning in several places many times (i.e. at purchase, through email days before charging).
