    Unable to Purchase Heavensward on Steam

    "Your transaction failed because you are trying to buy 'FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward - Collector's Edition' which requires ownership of 'FINAL FANTASY® XIV: A Realm Reborn™'. Please correct the error and try again."

    Attempting to purchase Heavensward on Steam with Steam wallet & the above message appears. About 6 months ago I began free trial on Steam. Then, purchased the game through Steam. When adding game time I had to add through Mogstation, which withdrew funds from Steam wallet. Any other Steam users experiencing this?
