Who hear thinks that this game has the worst support team ever?! They don't give you answers they just give you hoops to jump and tell you to look it up yourself or ask someone who cares. I think its BS and I want to make sure i'm not alone.

I needed help so I contacted email-support and got an answer that was way too good to be true, and the same question asked again with just a little line added which says that I may want to post the answer, this answer changed to something that could be shortened to „sorry, we just know nothing about it, go ask someone else“

what?? I havent had any bad experiences with support. Quite opposite from my experiences with other mmos. When I was on aoc it took them 2 months to respond to a missing item bug report I had and in the end they didnt do anything. Ive seen extremely unprofessional GMs in some MMOs. I even had a GM teleport us to the final boss of a dungeon because we simply asked him to. Certainly not worst support team ever, and you've given no reason why they are other then generic responses. They do prioritize workload. Maybe whatever it is you are upset about isnt very important in the big picture, not like you gave any details to go on. For all we know you are asking for an item you accidentally threw away.

The response was fast, fairly true, but the quality was... interesting.
But yes, honestly there are many situations where the support can help fast and great (everything that gets to your account) but the technical support is, just lets say that its a class for its own.

I will tell you my example. I was going to get married to someone but they had been divorced once. It wouldnt let her equip the wristlet. We tried just about everything we could think of and when we looked up the issue we got no real answers. So I asked the support team. Yes, they responded very fast. But i got a copy and paste answer telling me to basically look it up myself and figure it out. So i tried and failed again. So, I then asked again and got told to look at more places. Once again...nothing. Finally I ask one more time and they tell me that they cannot assist me with my issue...So, they are telling me they do not know there own game!?!?! That is the stupidest thing i have ever heard.
I used to play WoW, there support team wasn't very fast. But when it was your turn, they did everything they could to fix your issue right then. And they never told me to go do it myself. That's why they were slower, because they were thorough. I would rather have slow and good, then fast and bad.
My ultimate goal of this thread is too try and get enough people to post so that Square can see that there support is an issue. So please, if you know anyone who agrees there support needs work. Tell them about this thread.
