Which class you want in FFXIV from XI Vid

Character models look funny but damn it all this game certainly has aged better than a lot of others.

I want my Beastmasterrrrrrrrrrrr, I want, I want, I want! I want my Courier Carrie back! My Lifedrinker Lars! All of them! I miss them so much.... ;_;

Samurai, turn it in to a tank. Maybe even do it in the Bravely Default style and give it an emphasis on counter-attacking enemies with a two handed katana, that would be awesome.

Rune Fencer, but once more I'd want it to follow the bravely default model of the Spell Fencer. Give it a one handed rapier, no offhand, and different spells to cast with it's sword. I'd be up for making it a tank or a dps class.

Dancer, but I'd say make it a support/healer class. The game is kind of good on dps right now.

I'd also like Corsair, but I feel as though the Corsair concepts (gun + buffs based on probability) were split between Machinist and the Astrologian.

Puppetmaster, Dancer, Blue Mage, Rune Fencer, and maybe Geomancer (but only if they use bells!). It would be pretty cool if they made Dancer a melee healer, too. Or an evasion tank. It could do that in XI, and even take hits dead on with Fan Dance. Corsair could be cool too and they could give it the signature Hexaguns that they had in XI.

Actually I have no idea how all those class works or their role.
Anyone here play that XI before? Can give me some nice overview here.
