New Job gear and glamours

So with all the new Class gear that we're getting, some that look amazing, what will our options be regarding the Glamour system?

Unless the Class gear will be Best in Slot for every class (Which I doubt, at least in the long term), Jobs and Classes that share gear (Such as some of the DoW/M Classes, all Crafters and all Gatherers) will either have to glamour something else that's not class/job specific or only be able to glamour one of the jobs and get an irritating error on the others.

Am I the only one wishing they'd polish the game more, update all the things the community has been asking for for ages, instead of pushing content so fast? Don't get me wrong, loving the new skills and stuff, but still..

Hopefully, even though they haven't mentioned, things like these will be updated... At least in 3.1...

I'd love the glamour system to be altered so that I may use whatever armor looks I want on a job, as opposed to simply those my job can wear. I think that's inline with what you're talking about, no?

I don't think it's wrong to want to look like a RDM, whilst playing as WHM, yet I can only do so as a BRD. : /

I wish they'd change it so glamouring an item "equips" it to that job, rather than making it mod the equipped item itself. Would fix our gear sharing issue, and allow multi-slot gear.

And that would increase the amount of character data by 429 slots (13 glamorable gear slots times 33/34 classes/jobs total in Heavensward). A method that is far to data heavy with the Armory system.
