    Because its an almost 9 year old system that doesnt run x86 architecture, its a pain in the ass to port to properly and it probably doesnt even meet the minimum requirements for the game

    Its a big reason why UI has alot of random limitations on it and also a big factor in why the game isnt open world like 1.0 was
