any1 outside japan n america you mean lol why is it those two countries get special treatment when comes to preorder availablity on psn while the rest of the world has to wait til the 19th?? and only giving people a maximum of 4 days to get the preorder bonuses.... god forbid if psn gets hacked or drops out for days like it has b4... seriously makes me wanna super facepalm my palm through my head ._.

Could you imagine the uproar if this was happening to US players. But as per, as long as the precious playerbase in Japan and the US are sorted, who cares about the EU?

It is really starting to feel like a massive middle finger, do we not pay the same subscription? Are we not entitled to the same level of professionalism the other regions appear to be getting?

As somebody who is (I should better say was now) incredibly excited for heavensward, this feels like a big middle finger right into my face
Since I live currently outside from Europe, I cannot order from the SE store. Since I prefer digital purchases anyway, PSN is my way of shopping. Thanks for leaving us with stress whether or not we will have EA! I for myself see the psn dying straight after 19th June. And let's pray nothing else happens like ddos attacks or something. What a mess and disappointment!

Edit: I live in Japan right now which makes it even more ridiculous. It's right in front of me but oh wait.... Japanese edition is not compatible with German edition!

I already remember the "big middle finger right into my face" when the game was released: EU CE PS3 digital editions had to wait more than a week because of stupid bug.
I am really tired to be considered as a second order customer.
As a result, I am now thinking about stopping the game. That sucks because I like it, but the attitude of SE really start to annoy me.

if was happening in the US there would be 5 pages of rage topics lol they probably think majority of thier players are from japan and US so lets get them all sorted with early preorder availabilty n forget about the rest... im willing to bet we wont even get another reply from the EU mod on this topic b4 the 19th ,, really hope they wake up to themselves n relise how bad a decision this is cause if PSN goes down n prevents vast majority of UK players gettin preorders or early acces they WILL lose alot of subs

really fail to see the reasoning behind this decision.. you dont give certain groups of your paying customers preferential treatment by making it available 3 weeks b4 early access and launch while making the rest of us wait right up to the start of early access b4 we can even preorder it on psn.. we have a right to be angry/annoyed/pissed and i wouldnt be surprised if people cancel thier subs due to the way its being handled

To my knowledge the psn store never updates on a friday in EU.
So it's either the 16th or the 17th or even the week after that. (Which would make me very upset) Correct me if i'm wrong.

Content can go up outside of the standard update day. With mandatory day one digital on ps4/x1it's actually pretty normal now given retail games rarely release on the same day as the update.

Any chance of at least hearing what price will be charged for the CE? If it's going to be some ridiculous 1:1 amount with dollars/euros, then I think I'll just have to forgo the CE stuff and order from amazon.

Now that digital pre-orders of the PS3 and PS4 versions of Heavensward are available on the North American PlayStation Store we’d like to give you an update on the situation for pre-orders in Europe.

We are happy to confirm that the digital versions of Heavensward for PS3/PS4 will be available to purchase on the European PlayStation Store from Friday 19th June!

By purchasing either the standard or collector’s editions of Heavensward for PS3/PS4 between 19th to 23rd June, you will be able to play Heavensward content throughout the early access period, as well as receive the pre-order bonus items.

We’ll follow up with further details at a later late, but rest assured that those who wish to order the digital PS3/PS4 versions on the European PlayStation Store, and obtain the pre-order bonuses, will be able to do so!

Wait, you are happy to confirm that you showed total disregard for EU digital customers? For weeks we have asked you what is happening with pre-orders and you ignored it. Work on your soft skills because it is non existent in your post. You are giving bad news to your customers yet you are happy to confirm the bad news? Who gives your training? There is no empathy in your post no wonder people say you have the worst customer care.

Keep in mind that the people that annoy you in threads like this one are the people that help make your game a success. Have you already forgotten what happened with the 1.0 release.

Hi EU community team,

I hope you have a great day trying to convince people that the pre-order is coming out on the first day of the early access day
I'm just here to verbalize my concern on how your team handles this pre-order. It is widely known that PSN is a VERY "reliable" service to use for the first day of every big game's updates/expansions/release.

I see that the EU players can still pre-order the game until the 23rd of June, this means that the time frame certainly gives some lenience for your team to delay the game itself until then. OF COURSE, people believe in the reliability of PSN and yourself

Thank you very much for being happy for us. We are also VERY happy to see your trying hard to please us but failed miserably.
