Well my region is considered part of the EU PSN but as the mod previously said, "Please note that we have been informed by SCEE that it can take anything from minutes to several hours until the update has been implemented in all regions, so we are unable to give a specific time when the Heavensward Early Purchase versions will be launched in each territory."
