Still pending. But they did update the lodestone with new info on how to register every version and mentions NA ps3/4 users will get the codes before the start of early access. So they haven't completely forgot about us and are aware we don't have codes yet. Hopefully soon. Just don't want to wait til the last minute. Would rather have the peace of mind that it's done already. Seems odd NA ps3/4 users are the only ones left without the final code.
I know right and I also hope they will have our codes soon.
What i find most disheartening about this is the lack of response from any dev's about this issue. i am a pc player, my brother is on Ps4, after being charged, i expect the service to be rendered. If that is not possible at this moment I want an answer as to why and when it will be corrected, I do not feel it unreasonable to demand an acknowledgement of a known issue when the elapsed time frame is twenty-one days.
As others have stated, contacting customer support will almost certainly get you the answers you seek. They have more in-depth information as to what is going on, rather than complaining about it on the forums to other people that don't have any idea of what is happening behind the scenes. Customer support has the info, other players don't....which one makes more sense to ask?
But the forum moderators read the forums do they not. They work for se do they not. They can relay this ? to se can they not. Big ? is why haven't they and if they have why won't they give us a response. That's the million dollar question. And that's what I wanta know.
I completely agree with idea of contacting customer support, that does not exclude them from their responsibility to address the players as to why this issue has yet to be corrected. As others have stated, contacting customer support will almost certainly get you the answers you seek.
