I agree its not very personal cause the code I'm seeking is the one you get for early access.
I agree its not very personal cause the code I'm seeking is the one you get for early access.

I don't remember receiving an email from them personally when i bought it from the SE store but these were the steps I followed to get the code and it look good so far.
Getting the Code from the SE Store:
Under "Your Account" should be where your purchase history, etc is. Hit that Download link
I already unlocked it as soon as I purchased mine I think but there should be a button there instead that says download or unlock or something of that nature. Once you press it though and you activate the key that's provided they will definitely be planning to charge you and refund will not be available.
Take that activation key from the SE store to the site highlighted.
At that point they will ask you to log in, and from there will ask you to enter in the code from SE's site/the email. I think they also ask you which type of code you are entering in (PS3, PS4 or PC/MAC)....it could be automatic too
Once entered in correctly they will display your EA code to put into the Mog Station or PSN even showing on the side which code it is. Now copy down that code as this is the one you'll be using to get EA, the bonus items, etc.
Using the Code PC:
Click on Account Services when you log into Mog Station (as sometimes it doesnt show all the options available at first. Then hit that Item Code button
Then enter in the code you got from the preorder site in here~ Confirm it, complete it, etc etc.
Afterwards the Account Service page should look like this. And when you hit the 'View Additional Items' link "FFXIV: Heavensward - Pre-order Bonus Items" will be said at the bottom.
Using the Code PSN...or what I presume is where you'd put the PSN code lol:
If anyone has any additional help or tips for the PSN folk feel free to correct me but I remember entering my 2.0 PS4 code here so I'd presume the same section would be used for the PS4/PS3 Heavensward codes as well.
For other stores I know some codes could appear at the bottom of the receipt but for that I'd not be surprised if SE did have to contact you. If all else fails, yeah try contacting support. Have your invoice/receipt ready as well as your Order Number (shoot even dig up the email they sent you to confirm your purchase if need be). I remember using the chat service once for fixing my One Time Password and that was relatively fast....I wish I could remember how I got to that point though lol

Ya thats great for pc users. But this thread is talking about the physical NA ps3/4 users. PS3/4 users are not being given a code, it just says its pending. Everyone else has their codes already. All pc users and JP EU ps3/4 users all have codes. The only ones being left in the dark are NA ps3/4 users. And based on past history, if SE waits til the last minute to issue them I have no faith that they will do it right. Odds are the codes we end up with wont work and we will be screwed for early access.I don't remember receiving an email from them personally when i bought it from the SE store but these were the steps I followed to get the code and it look good so far.

Most of what I've read is about SE mailing them a code, hence why I even posted mentioning that the code in the SE store section. From what I saw several ppl were talking about different versions of the game and like I said under the PSN tab, feel free to correct me. A bit more politely would have sufficed. Its strange to me in general that it would have not just been in the SE store. The frustration of the situation is valid. And the bottom part still applies. Contact them if your are truly worried.
I know right that is what I'm hoping for not to happen. I paid early for me to get early access. I deserve at least an answer on when I will get my codes. But alas se has said nothing this is very disturbing. I insist se give me an answer to when I will get my codes.
But what's the point in contacting them. The problem is with the final code not the first one. What they need to do is fix there broken site. I was hoping the other day when they had maintenance on it that they were fixing the problem. But that seems not to be the case sadly. I just hope they see my post and just fix it.

Contacting them personally either will guarantee some form of direct or faster response to you personally. That response could then easily be relayed back to the other PS4/3 players lurking around. And in all honestly if you want them to see the thread I would change the thread name to something a bit more direct to get their attention, in a non-provoking way of course.
I keep trying over and over in order to get my Preorder codes for PS3 and yet still nothing. It's way passed May 15th so they need to update that page or something cause I'm tired of reading "This is currently scheduled to happen on or around May 15, 2015." And it's June 4th.
I agree and I'm also sick of seeing they are trying to work things with Sony. When Sony's psn store has the heavensward preorder up. So they really need to get on the ball and give those who have the physical copies for ps3/ps4 there early access codes all ready.

There was a post on Facebook the OP said they had called SE about the codes and was told they'd be available next week. Take it as you will, grain of salt or etc. I just hope we get the codes before the 19th.
