<RIP> Recruiting hardcore progression raiders/raid groups for FCoB farm and 3.0!

Critical Rip was created by some of the most skilled, passionate, and dedicated players on Leviathan, but we know there are more people out there who, like us, want to be part of something larger. To that end, we're looking for similarly qualified and motivated individuals and groups to join our new community.

Here are a few things we expect from all of our members:

Drive to progress:

All of us share the drive to progress through content. When the expansion arrives, all of our members will be actively raiding new content. Consistent effort is the key; we're only looking for people who will put forth the time and effort to get results. For that reason, we prefer to take in existing statics who are already committed to progressing together, but as we near expansion, we may be able to accommodate individual players.

Respect for everyone:

As our mission states, we aim to be a premier raiding FC. We can only accomplish this by creating a welcoming environment within the FC and maintaining a good reputation with other players and free companies on the server. This starts and ends with respect. Players who can't treat everyone inside and outside of the company with respect, or who otherwise damage our environment or reputation, will be removed.

Exceptional ability:

When it comes to performance, we hold ourselves to the highest standards. Members of the company are expected to know their raiding roles inside and out, from class mechanics and theorycrafting to positioning and survival optimizations to encounter strategy and cooldown rotations. Furthermore, players who sacrifice the group's success for the sake of individual
metrics are not welcome. (In addition to the above, master crafters are also more than welcome so don’t be shy!)

Experienced pally tank with pre echo clear final Coil clears looking for a hardcore raiding group. I have a dragoon and white Mage I main as well but most comfortable with my pally. You can send me an in game message if I fit the bill under Admiral keltzirn. Thanks

Hi there, thanks for your interest in the FC! For a more well-rounded overview of yourself as a player, I would appreciate it if you had filled out an application so that we may look it over. If you have already sent one I will get in touch shortly about a TS interview.

For a quick update: Bread & Butter has finally found a suitable applicant and is now complete! We are also still open for raiders who wish to have a home with like-minded players and/or interests of leading a raid group.

In addition, we are recruiting Master Crafters for the FC come expansion! Our current master crafter has his eyes set on LTW, BSM, and ARM as his specializations so if you are looking to fill other niches or just want to contribute your services, you are encouraged to apply!

Thanks to all who have checked us out so far, expansion will be a very exciting time for this FC so if you're interested in making waves and feel this is your kind of environment don't hesitate!
