Tip Naoki Yoshida asked for in his letter

A good way to get rid of jet lag is to not eat on the plane. Wait until you arrive and eat like normal at the local times. I remember reading a couple years back about some studies done that your food clock tends to override your sleep clock. I tried it when I went from Iraq to Germany to California to Philadelphia to Puerto Rico and back in 2 weeks. It worked for me even for the 1-2 day stop overs.

Sleeping when it is nighttime in your destination is the best way. I use a sleep aid to accomplish this and have not had jet lag in years. Goodluck!
