Steps:
I queue up the Duty Finder wait for about 65mins in queue for WoD and then give up.
I queue up for Labrynth of the Ancient wait for 1h 35mins and the queue we 1 healer and 1 tank with no dps so I gave up.
I queue for roulette wait for over 45mins. It doesn't full so I give up.

Do you select specific languages in the Duty Finder queue? Try making sure that you have just "English" selected and also that you have "Join party in progress" (i think that's what it's called) is unchecked.
