    You will most likely be able to download the new client a few days or a few hours before early access (around ~1.6GB)

    But when servers go up after the expansion is released (early access) there are sure gonna be patches that you will have to download before you can play. They might be small, or they might not...

    My guess is that the patch for the full release will not be small. Not as large as the full download for the expansion obviously, but still fairly large so that all the new content will be compatible with entering old areas, and thus compatible for players without the content to see and interact with, (Read: materials, armor, weapons, mounts, and minions)......

    Eh? WHere did 1.6GB come from? Can't e that small.

    The HW patch will be around 10-15gb, not 1.6gb.
