Missing Phial of Fantasia

Hello. I took a leave of absence from the game for several months and upon my return for the release Heavensward, I noticed that the Phial of Fantasia Veteran reward I was saving was no longer in my inventory. I checked my retainer and its the same story there. Id really hate to have to re-roll to play the new race and hope I can get some help with this.

I seem to be missing one from my original character as well. When I used one on my second, I thought I would turn my first into a lala. Couldnt find it anywher, guess SE hates lalas...
