OK, so NOW what? (PS4 HW PSN)

Clicking on the the different editions for Heavensward will present you their purchase page, which just like the website, lists the pre-order bonus information.

As for Heavensward being considered as add-ons on PlayStation Network, this is how they are categorized in the store. (They're not specifically "CE version add-ons" but add-ons to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn).

How about those of us who pre ordered the physical editions who have yet to receive our early access codes.

Well, I have been trying to get it dealt with since I noticed it finally was uploaded around 3:00pm CST today 06-02-2015.

There seems to be a combination of problems.

1. If you started (like I did) with a HARD COPY version of the PS3 game, the PSN didn't add it to your list of games tied to your account.

2. If you had that version upgraded to the PS4, you finally got the PS3 version on your account but not the PS4.

Because of the above two situations, I was told by a PSN tech at 10:30pm today that my issue for trying to pre-order the PS4 Version of Heavensward (CE obviously) can't be done and why I am seeing "Tell me more" instead of "$59.99"

Short verison is that "This is SquareEnix's problem" per the Tech.

So Bayohne, what do I and I am sure, many others like me, do now? However, I personally don't hold you or SE liable for this screw.

It shows a major problem with PSN and the fact that it doesn't have anyway to track console owners and games they have purchased outside of the PSN Store.

Ya ... i have no idea what SE is doing ... but there is still nothing open on the ps4 or the site... even when i try to buy a PS4 Version of the standard edition it comes up saying " you cant do this because you already own it " from the PS3 upgrade thing ... and i really dont want to pre-order a 160+ dollar hardcopy ....

We are aware of the issue where users who participated in the PS3>PS4 upgrade campaign are not able to purchase the Heavensward pre-order for the PS4 on PSN.
We are currently reaching out to Sony regarding this and will update when we have more information.

I too did the upgrade from ps3 to ps4 on 3 of my accounts and all 3 of them show me able to buy upgrades to Heavenward for ps3 but on the ps4 side it shows the problem everyone else is seeing. ON a different note I am on the phone with Sony as we speak and they are aware of this problem. They are still doing maintenance as we speak and have already a note about this very issue when you call in. They were able to verify my ps4 eligibility as of April 4, 2014. I am confident this will get sorted out very soon.

Oh gosh. I participated in the upgrade campaign too, but stupid overly excited me didn't notice that it was a bundle and bought it anyway lol. OOPS, my mistake. Oh well i'm not mad. Now my concern is that since I bought it the product says "Playable in 20 days", but in the description it says an early access is available.... Will it just work and allow me to access HW content on the 19th if I boot up ARR, or will I have to wait until the 23rd?

P.S. HW PS4 theme is sexy.

If you just bought the ARR/HW bundle it does not include early access unfortunately since that edition isn't actually available until the 23rd due to it being intended only for brand new players. Since you already have an ARR account though I'm not sure how it'll work. If it contains two separate keys then you could presumably just add the HW key to your current account in which case your pre-order key should still grant early access... If it's one combined key for both ARR and the expansion though then it likely won't even let you register the key to your account since you already have ARR.

How do you get the theme? I cant find it. Did it come with the digital pre order or is it on psn separate somewhere?
