Do you delete the system mails that have reward items (pre-order, veteran, etc,) or are they still stored in your mailbox? The mailbox will only hold a limited number (20?) of system messages. If you have move than that, try deleting a few then re-logging.
If that's not the issue, then you might need to contact customer support. At the least, I would expect you to receive the circlet at the same time as your friend. The mount might take another two months, depending on how the subscription was paid.
