I just checked the PSN store and it is listed, both standard and collector's edition.

The only thing is the PS3 version has prices on them, but the PS4 version are listed as "unavailable" for purchase atm.

But at least they are there, which means that they should be ready for purchase very soon (either tonight or tomorrow, my guess).
What a relief.

Ya, that's what I figured was happening to me just now. It tells me that I need to purchase the standard game (AAR) first.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I already predicted that it would go up once SE locked in their pre orders from their personal store (which they started doing yesterday) so this comes as no shocker and yeah I dont think sony really had a system set up for this since almost no games have a PS3 to PS4 upgrade and SE negotiated with them to allow it

Taking bets that the PSN digital version goes up on PSN on June 2nd and this is so they can lock in as many pre orders as possible before having to give out a cut for using the PSN store as the distribution method.

That's weird, I did the ps3 -> ps4 upgrade, and no problems preordering the jp heavensward for ps4.
