parsed myself and got to 640.8dps as monk for 3 minutes. 33.7%crit percent

zeta, mostly ironworks with demon pants and sol 110ring. and no dreadwyrm. far from bis really... wonder if i can get to 700 within party + bis + x potion of strength + whatever buff outside of self

((it looks all fun and games and big numbers, but i doubt i would even get to 580 in fcob))

If you really want to ask the question, "do pots and food help" the answer is yes. A lot? Put together, yes. Is it worth it? Depends on whether you just want high dps for epeen, whether you need it for progression, and the prices on your server.

1. Gives information on how (or what rotation) you used for that damage.
2. Asks or answers meaningful questions on the nature of maximizing MNK dps.
