I hate your sig so much... always fall for it. >_>
I felt the same when ninja was released. I appreciate the extra care put into it, such as the unique running and jumping animations, and the interesting job quests. After playing it for a long time until the new job excitement wore off, I don't think it's especially better than other jobs, but in good balance with them.
Well, i completely and utterly despise melee classes so I doubt it'd be my personal favorite class, and in my experience, players who play as Ninja's are among the least skilled players with the lowest possible situational awareness in the game. Note: I didn't say all, just saying I haven't seen much more.
It is cool but when it comes to us, those who live galf the earth away from the server, Ninja is the only class we will feel sub-par to an average player who has the server next to the house, no matter how good or how hard we try. Bunny hard/Mudra lag "boss" are just way to OP...
I'm just dipping my toes into Ninja. Always been a Rogue in other games and chose to be a Monk here because reminded me most of Rogue among the available classes. So Ninja should suit me well.I just played a ninja, and got it up to 45, and I have to say once you play a ninja you don't feel the same playing anything else. It's way more fun, it's fast paced, the animations look amazing, the lore and class quests seem to have more depth...
...like it's just way better,
I really hope in the HW xpac, they make other classes as cool as ninja.![]()
i played it till lvl 50...never touched it again.
oh my gawd. For those that played WotLK. Dealing with Death Knights the first 3 months, especially unholy specced that came back to life as a ghoul, immune for like 5 seconds while coming back to life to finish you off after spending sweat and blood trying to kill it. The nightmares.
The day NIN looks like Joe Musashi from Shinobi III is the day I [might] agree with you.
It's the most entertaining job to play right now and I don't think any of the new jobs will surpass its entertainment.
