Pre-Order Heavensward

I am told that we may be getting charged at 12AM, or maybe at 6AM this coming 1st (I am EST). I am concerned that my money will not be in my account by the time when SE charges us, via their store. And from the E-mail that I've received, it tells us that our order will be canceled if there are not viable funds within our account.

I am posting to see of how this will play out. I do NOT want to lose my pre-order for my physical copy. When exactly does SE think of charging the people who pre-ordered via the SE Store?

In all seriousness though, if I were you I would do everything possible to make sure the funds were in the account before that time. Perhaps your job can give you small pay advance?

As much as I hate to publicly admit this. I am on SSI. And they put money into my account at random times on the 1st of every month. I can't get small pays in advance because of SSI. I just hope SE will notice this, that some people can't get jobs, and is on SSI, and give mercy on those that have a random time-pay for that day. I can post here when I see funds in my account on the 1st though, to help a bit.

Okay, just found out, Iacrimosaangel, that it is just a Confirmation that SE charged your card. Nothing else. And that they are just PREPARING to Ship your order to you.

Ahh okay, so they're just securing funds then, not actually shipping? Probably due to the huge number of NA orders I expect, more players etc... SE here tend to send you a dispatch notice the day you actually receive your order (happened with both of my moogle plushies!)
