Stuck at veteran rewards 3

Hi,

I recently came back to the game, and since the 10 days or so I renewed my account, it still says I need 60 days for the next level of Veteran rewards. Is it normal?

only days you paid for count.

Right. In other words, it doesn't actually count down. It just shows how many days are needed for the next tier but will continue to say sixty until all sixty of those days have been paid for.

It only counts down when payments are made, and then it counts by however many days were paid for. If you pay your sub a month at a time, then that number will drop from 60 to 30 the next time a payment is made. If you pay 90 days at a time, then the next time you make a payment it will go from saying you need another 60 for this tier of rewards to giving you the reward and saying you're 30 days along towards the following tier.
