Recruiting a PLD and SCH for Heavensward Static.

One of Phantas Magoria's Statics is looking for a PLD and SCH for Heavensward Raiding. We've cleared T13 pre echo and are currently doing Savage Coil and FCoB farming for alt classes. Whilst a few of us are members of the FC Phantas Magoria, we're happy to recruit a player to the static that is an active member of another FC. You do not need to join Phantas Magoria.

1) You must either be a PLD or SCH.
2) You must be iLvl 128+
3) You must understand your class and play it well.

4) Access to TeamSpeak on your PC with a reasonable headset. No smartphones or home made headsets using kitchen roll tubing. No broken mics.
5) English does not have to be your first language but you must be able to communicate effectively in English. You must be able to take instruction and be understood when necessary.
6) You must have a reliable internet connection.
7) We raid at least 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) starting 7 pm server time till 10. Sometimes we add extra days to clear content faster. You need to be somewhat flexible with times.
8) We ask that players are on time for raids and bring the supplies expected. Food, pots etc. We also ask that players are reliable. If your work or social life is going to prevent you from running every third week, then this is not the group for you.
9) You must have downed T13.

Just a quick question but why dose T13 has to be downed and the iLV128 aint gona be much of a problem if once you hit LV60 your iLV gear is gona be above that?

ilevel does not really matter up to this point as most people are geared.

We want someone that has downed 13 as an indication that the person has expierience in raiding and didnt just stay behind on T5
