Thread: Please change the music!!

Does any one know if they plan on adding more exciting music themes? If not can they at least give us a way to change the theme music to something more exciting within the game files management like we could in FF11...I mean who ever chose the music for this game did a really bad job.

I mean, I hang about in Ulda'h most of the time and that theme is just soooo boorring, sooo slowww, soooo un-motivating. To be the main city where every one hangs out , it should be more exciting.

Dragons head...Sounds like the type of music you listen to when you go to a spa for relaxation...I mean yes lets kill deadly raptors and psych our selves up by listening to relaxation music.

Of course I can put on Itunes in the background, but then I am not fully immersed in the game now am I, and of course I can turn the music off, but then its just dead silence...which is even worse.

Really?... If you have such a huge problem with it just mute it all and play your own music. Set your ambience on a and play your own music.

The choices you 'are saying are good, melodic yet not to epic, they are nice to listen and dont get repetitive too early like other songs more "epic souding" like Limsa Lominsa

I would totally do that - I would buy all the FF11 music as that was the best! But then its still not in sync with zones and things like that, I would just have to listen to the full album over and over with no real zone changes.

I agree that the field music leaves something to be desired more often than not.

Everything else more than makes up for it tho.

It's an opposite of XI where I felt that battle music just wasn't as good as it could be most of the time.
