Unable to receive pearl from The Gift of the Archmagus

Hey there, as the title says I'm not getting the pearls anymore. The first week it worked though, but after I grabbed the quest again for the second week the pearls just weren't getting through to my quest log. There's usually a check mark, but that's not happening anymore. So I missed out on last week's item and now this week it's still the same thing. What's going on? Am I missing something or is it just bugged out? I'd like to know if I can get compensated for this because I've done all 3 multiple times without getting any pearls.
