    The PC market is in decline, while tablets and phones are on the rise. Making money from OS sales is not a viable long term strategy.

    If it is an OEM copy you can not transfer it, OEM versions (cheaper) are tied to the original machine they were installed on.

    I upgraded to the 10 insider preview yesterday and other than forgetting to back up my gearsets and hotbars (d'oh) XIV has been running great.
