Restriction to Friend Request

Would it be possible to have it where when in a Heavensward zone/area players within the original zones can not send a friend request unless they are in a heavensward zone?

This would prevent RMT from spamming friend request unless the player is in one of the original zones and would at least offer a sigh of relief to players who hope to avoid such a nuisance.

All we need is a configuration option to block friend requests. It doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. It should auto-decline the request and prevent the name from ever appearing on our friendlist or chatlog. Ideally, it would actually be "block friend requests not initiated by me," but that would be more complicated and might prove difficult. It would be only a minor inconvenience to turn it off temporarily in the event we have an actual friend to add.

Please make this happen, we beg you. Ever since I logged in 3h ago I had to blacklist 5 gil sellers. That's the most bothering spam I ever faced in a game, with due respect.
