    As Atlaworks said; you might want to try contacting a GM. Worse-case Scenario they can't do anything about it. But theres a chance that they might be able to refund you the gil if you relenquish the plot.

    When I had similar problem with chocobo breeding, (no quest appeared for me, and i already retired my chocobo into a form) they basically just told me ''we wont help, you need to find your own answer''. So dont expect too much from asking for help, but gl!

    Unless you have payment issues dont expect any help, tbh.
