So, I haven't actually been contacted by a gm just yet, but one of my fc members was. (A few of them sent in tickets to show how much distress we're feeling). He was told by the gm that "According to game policy", a refund cannot be offered. I'm pretty sure that according to Policy, I'm entitled to 1 refund on any accidental purchase. Now I'm not saying that I'm not at fault, but I honestly can't see how refunding this would violate any policies. He was also told that we could perhaps sell the house. It's a personal house and as such cannot be sold. I love this game, I really do. So this just breaks my heart to see that I can't even be assisted on a matter such as this. Even if it was an an fc house, we would have to sell the entire fc as well. We don't want to do that. The reason we've stayed on our server, despite a multitude of our friends transferring, is because we love our fc (we started right after ARR Early Access). That said, even if it were possible to sell the plot, no player would have a reason to buy it because there are lots of large plots available on our server. This, honestly sucks.
