Oh, your poor fc members. I would be furious if I had donated only to have the fc leader spend the gil on a PERSONAL house. Mistake or no, for me it would be inexcusable. That said, I hope the GMs will help you straighten this out, HOWEVER...

We were all pretty infuriated but we have just decided to give him hell for the next few months maybe years who knows :P

As Atlaworks said; you might want to try contacting a GM. Worse-case Scenario they can't do anything about it. But theres a chance that they might be able to refund you the gil if you relenquish the plot.

When I had similar problem with chocobo breeding, (no quest appeared for me, and i already retired my chocobo into a form) they basically just told me ''we wont help, you need to find your own answer''. So dont expect too much from asking for help, but gl!

Unless you have payment issues dont expect any help, tbh.
