[Suggestion] Added options[filtering] for communications in-game.

Whenever people receive a tell from individuals, it's mostly an advertisement related tell. This basically causes the player to be unable to utilize the "tell" system as it was intended to be used.

I would like to suggest that there are three options which should be added to prevent "spam" from users' tell and mail form of communications.
    1. Only receive tells from those on your friends list, free company, and linkshell.
    2. Ignore all friend requests.
    3. Ability to deny all mail from those not on the player's friends list, linkshell, free company, other characters on the player's own account, and not from an event/quest/game master.

This will prevent "advertisers" from spamming players via tell, will prevent them from doing the same for friend requests, and keep players safe from spam via their mailbox, and may even help reduce amount of abusers which "try" to utilize these services.

    ps.
these should be toggle switches which can be disabled within UI Settings should the player need to disable them to add others to their "whitelist".

I'd also like to add perhaps a report feature when you right click the name of the spammer that messages you. I get gil sellers ads all the time and it becomes quiet annoying for my enjoyment of the game. I would think it'd be in the best interest of the community to be able to report them for such soliciting and to do so quickly and easily, perhaps even with a few auto response reasons for why you are reporting them, like "Solicitation" or "Harassment".

I don't mind so much the tells from people not on a friends list and Linkshell or Free Company, so long as it's not these gil farmers trying to sell me their money/services.
