Steps:
I was attempting to accept the following tradecraft quests from T'mokkri:
A Weighty Question (BSM)
Liquid Persuasion (ARM)
Moving Up in the World (CUL)

However, the quests are not appearing. I completed all of my job quests for ARM, BSM, and CUL up to level 40 and attempted to accept the quests again to no avail. Please help! I have no idea why the quests are not appearing.
