Salted Earth and Scorched Earth have (nearly) the same meaning. Scorched Earth just includes a few other such practices.
But my bet is on Scorched Earth because it sounds more impressive, and everyone knows how Squenix thinks.

That depends on the way the animation looks like.
"the buff and debuff It was good and sandwich"
MMORPG meets lunch break?
Tofu. Shoes.
Of the translated notes I see currently, I'm liking these two in particular which I hadn't heard about before:DRG gets Battle Litany, a party critrate buff.
AST's PoM'ish buff, Lightspeed, lets them cast spells instantly during its duration, at reduced potency.
Here is for the existing jobs, not really a lot of new infos:
PLD:
Riot blade => DoT combo
Savage blade => Damage combo
Skill protecting the players around you.
Divine Veil : boost shields
Clemency : Heals yourself and a target.
(Weird, LL digest have Divine Viel and Clemency mixed up )
WAR :
Destroyer : Gives + Crit % and stacks to use defiance/wrath abilities, stacks are abaddon ( I to V )
Inner beast will be 100% crit from sides or back.Raw Intuition : 100% parry from the front, 100% critical from the sides and back.
MNK:
Nothing more than they said before, you use meditation at phase changes to remove your greased lightning and prepare for the next phase.
DRG:
They speak of the azure dragon blood ( buff you can extend or use to inflict more damages, they already talked about it in the LL)
Also
Battle litany : Increase Crit% of the party.
Gale skoguru ? Skogl ? : Heavy damages skill.
BRD:
They speak of wandering minuet of course and also :
Iron Jaw : Prolongs DoTs
Sidewinder : makes the DoTs trigger more damages
NIN:
Smoke bomb : Redirect enmity to another party member.
Kagewatari ( Cross the shadow ) : Switch enmity with another party member.
New combo routes.
Issou ( Pair ) : skill that will do great damages ( the triple attack skill they talked about ?)
BLM:
Blizzard IV will apparently reduces the time between each regeneration of MP.
You will have to alternate between Fire IV and Fire I to keep the astral fire buff active because Fire IV doesn't refresh it.
INV:
You can use Bahamut trance only if you got rid of your astral flow.
You will have access to Ruin 3 in this mode.
WHM:
Asylum : Ground AoE Healing spell
Tetragrame (?): Same as benediction.
Wind III will inflict a DoT
SCH:
Nothing more than what is in the LL digest.

Hold up, Clemency and Divine Veil? Looks like SE finally answered out pleas to actually be the Holy Shields of our group, instead of just a glorified metal wall :P DRG Crit Buff is going to be a nice addition, gives them some viable utility. Since DRG cross-classes the MNK crit buff as well, wonder if they can stack them.
So war only has 3 confirmed skills:
Deliverance (I'm assuming its gained at 52 similar to how Defiance was gained at 30)
Raw Intuition
Equilibrium (5000 hp insta heal [Source] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhUV50V0omM around 3 min mark)
In the skill showcase here's the order of the attacks: Inner Beast > Raw Intuition? > Deliverance > Infuriate > Steel Cyclone variant or new unknown move > Equilibrium?
There is a move during the skill showcase where the war does an attack that starts out like Steel Cyclone but ends with him smashing his axe into the ground and creating an aoe (looks like a cone attack judging by the direction of the ground cracking effects). Idk if this is a variation on Steel Cyclone when under the effect of Deliverance since it was used after entering Deliverance and using Infuriate or if it is a separate skill entirely. I'm hoping its the former as that would still give the war two possible skills that we do not know about and opens more possibilities.

I think you are on the right track. Although, if the following google doc is 100% accurate, then Steel Cyclone is replaced by the new attack during Deliverance. There is a move during the skill showcase where the war does an attack that starts out like Steel Cyclone but ends with him smashing his axe into the ground and creating an aoe (looks like a cone attack judging by the direction of the ground cracking effects). Yeah, it's probably safe to say that Steel Cyclone and Inner Beast will swap with Deliverance abilities when we enter that stance. While cool that will be a bit of a bummer because then it just means we've seen all the skills we're getting as Warrior. 1 stance, 2 buffs, and 2 variants of old abilities.
