Looks like possibly a driver conflict or otherwise glitchy memory (access violation/unable to access a memory location). It referenced your nVidia driver. Depending on what was done, it is possible some hardware was replaced and something is now screwy in the device's registry entries. Refreshing/updating your drivers might resolve it.

Could also be a conflict with another device. Could check the laptop manufacturer's site to see if there are any BIOS or other updates you could apply. Otherwise it could be an issue with hardware. If you have access to the memory slots you could try reseating the card(s). Sometimes humidity and such causes oxidation on the contacts and the simple act of refitting them can clean up potential signalling issues there.

It is kind of rare, but sometimes we see similar things crop up from security software. Particularly Avast and AVG have caused weirdness in the past. Could try temporarily suspending things to see if it clears and if so, contact their support for a fix (may simply need to upgrade or add an exception for the FFXIV files). Otherwise you may be able to disable devices you don't need while gaming. If that clears the error then you may be able to find alternate drivers or other workarounds for that device.

Also probably a good idea to scan for malware and such. If you don't already have something, you can get a good free version from malwarebytes.org . Many antivirus companies direct people there when assisting them with difficult recovery.

Any updates on this? From some research it looks like some parts of the NVidia drivers are blocked upon install when you get that error.

I'd recommend downloading the newest drivers to your computer (make sure to pick 32 or 64 Bit Versions, whichever applies to your computer)

Then right click on the Driver File and Click Run as Administrator - Then you need to go to Custom -> Clean Installation.
