dont really miss hamlet defenseQuests are an inefficient way to level up anyway.
1.x had Hamlet Defence late in it's cycle, which was similar to a Fate except that DoH/DoL had a period before it actually started to supply the base to be attacked to give it a better chance. Re-establishing that would actually make sense for 3.x, what with the dragonsong war.
but the bidding war...
MAKE IT HAPPEN SE!!
I think cbwriter wants sidequests and main scenario quests to be made repeatable so that you can use them to level multiple classes. Which won't happen as this is exactly the reason we already have levequests and the beastmen dailies - those are meant to be the repeatable quests, with sidequests and the main scenario once only, because the later are not just for levelling, but for actually extending the story or unlocking content.
So basically, this won't happen, as levequests and the friendly beastmen quests already fill that need.
Join skill combos! Like chrono trigger!
A pirate themed one could be cool. FC Ships and swimming Chocobos. PVP Naval Wars. Making your own pirate crew of NPC's. Just no underwater combat. That has never been done well.
I just want to learn to swim.
Peach Parfait/Khulan Angura on Gilgamesh
It will be very interesting to see where we go in 4.0...I don't know enough of the back story to even make a prediction at this point. Maybe we can go kick the asses of those that made the Domans flee their home and help them take it back. Go to the Garlean empire and kick their ass also would be good.
Server: BEHEMOTH
FC: CASCADIA
Playing since Beta phase 3
Yeah I have a suggestion for the next expansion, first sort out the pricing and secondly make sure that digital downloads are available the same time as physical ones :P
