Request: Housing Furnishings Related

Hello all! I believe this is my first actual post on the forums, but I've decided to finally start voicing some suggestions and requests I have for the game.

My first are 5 housing requests.

1. Could you please make the Oriental Striking Dummy able to be placed inside housing? I greatly want to place it on some Tatami Mats and make a suitable indoor-training area. I think it would capture the feeling that the Ninja guild has in W. La Noscea.
2. Please make the interior trimming of houses dyeable. I love the style of the interior trim, but it is really hard to find walls that match it. If you could add the ability to also have different interior trims, that would be amazing as well! This kinda leads into the next item...

3. Please make more walls and flooring designs that aren't overly cutesy. Given that 3.0 is supposed to have a dark theme, I'm hoping this is already in the works. Personally, I don't like making rooms that have walls that remind me of daycare centers D:
4. Please make a stage and extended bookshelves. You can see with my pictures what I have in mind and how these ideas could easily be solved with a single furnishing:

5. Please add a partition that has a grandfather clock attached to it, that when activated, makes the sound and opens, ala Final Fantasy VI in Figaro when you rescue Celes! My freecompany is called "The Returners" and I've accordingly decided to have a theme connecting to that in our house design. Our downstairs "bar" has a hidden "hideout" located behind it that is a work in progress currently. This idea would really make and sell the idea. I love the idea of our resistance group having a secret base located behind a bar.
